  • Where is the Dubai International Airport Hotel located?

    The Dubai International Airport Hotel is located inside Dubai Airport Concourse A, B & C in Terminal 3.

  • Do I have to complete Immigration and Customs formalities to access the Hotel?

    No. The Hotel is located before you get to Immigration and Customs in Terminal 3.

  • During my stay in the Hotel, Can I go out to the city and get back to my room later?

    We strongly discourage our guests from leaving the Airport and entering into the Dubai City, however if you must, then this would depend upon the following:

    If you are a citizen of a country that doesn’t require a pre-approved visa to enter the country, then you can go exit the Airport.

    Returning back inside is however only possible if you check in for your departure flight. This depends on your departure Airline and the times that they allow passengers to check in.

    Passengers travelling on Emirates Airlines for their onward journey can come back into the Airport and the Hotel about 24 hour prior to departure time, as most Emirates Airlines flights open their check in counters 24 hours prior to flight departure time. However passengers travelling on Emirates Airlines to destinations in the USA or Canada can only check-in 3 hours prior to flight departure time.

    Passengers travelling on other airlines can also only check-in 3 hours prior to flight departure time.

    Once you have checked in and have a boarding pass, you can then proceed to enter the Airport, thus access our Hotel.

    We however advice our valued guests to please reconfirm this information with your respective Airline, as check in times could vary due to Airport Operational requirements.

  • Can I collect my checked in luggage?

    As the hotel is located on the Airside of the Airport which is before the luggage carousals located after Immigration and Customs, Hotel Guests have NO access to and cannot retrieve their checked in luggage while staying in the hotel.

  • Do you have a Lost and Found section?

    For any Lost and Found* queries that occurred at the hotel premises, please contact our Guest Assistance Team on the following media, Email: guestassistance@dih-dca.com or Telephone: +971 4 505 2000.

    *Lost and Found items will only be retained at the hotel for a maximum period of 30 minutes from the time the item has been found, after which, the recovered items will be handed over to the Dubai Airports Lost and Found department.
