IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• You must be in Transit to Access the Hotel. Upon arrival to Dubai International Airport, please do not pass through Immigration & Customs and exit the Terminal.
• Hotel Guests have no access to and cannot retrieve their checked in luggage while staying in the hotel.
• If you are arriving at the Dubai International Airport from Dubai City, you must be checked in to a flight to access the hotel. Please check with your Airline the earliest (time) you are able to check in.
• Hotel guests can move between all four (04) concourses A, B, C and D, however the Dubai International Hotel is only located inside Concourses A, B and C of the Dubai International Airport. If you are arriving and departing with an Emirates Airlines flight, you might not be allowed access into Concourse D.
